FAQ
What do I need to do to have a lecture recorded?
Your lectures are recorded only with your consent. After you sign the consent form, the respective lecture hall coordinators will arrange the recording. The video is then edited to remove empty opening and closing segments and will be available online in the following days.
How long are recordings available online?
Recordings are available for the period agreed in the signed consent form. This is usually until the last KMP resit of the academic year.
Where can lectures be recorded?
Audimax, Hörsaal Anatomie, Großer Hörsaal KHZ (without camera), Großer Hörsaal FKK (without camera)
Can I record lectures in other rooms?
Yes, although this requires the appropriate permissions in Panopto. In addition, since winter semester 2024/25 a “Streaming Laptop” is available for lecturers to borrow, which can be used to record or live stream lectures via Panopto. Please send questions and requests to digitales.lehren@i-med.ac.at.
