Admission to the PhD study program and the clinical PHD-program

PhD-program

Please note that admission is possible once the registration process with the PhD office is finished and all necessary documents have been signed there. 

Admission and required documents

After having received your study place offer (confirmation), admission must be conducted in person within the extended admission period. The following documents must be presented in original version:

1. Pre-registration of students (data registration), Document upload,
2. Valid travel document (original)
3. If available: Austrian residence permit
4. Proof of successfully completed study program (original notification)
5. debit card for payment of the tuition fee (no credit card or cash payment possible)

For non-German language documents the certification and translation regulations must be observed. English documents are accepted if the certification regulations are met.

Zulassung und erforderliche Dokumente

Nach Erhalt Ihrer Studienplatzzusage ist die Zulassung binnen der erweiterten Zulassungsfrist persönlich vorzunehmen. Folgende Dokumente sind im Original vorzulegen:

1. Studierendenvoranmeldung (Datenregistrierung), Dokumentenupload,
2. Gültiges Reisedokument (Original)
3. ggf. Aufenthaltstitel
4. Nachweis über den erfolgreichen Studienabschluss (Bescheid im Original)
5. Bankomatkarte zur Zahlung des Studienbeitrags (keine Kreditkarten- oder Barzahlung möglich)

Bei nicht deutschsprachigen Dokumenten sind die Beglaubigungs- und Übersetzungsvorschriften zu beachten.  Englischsprachige Dokumente werden akzeptiert, sofern die Beglaubigungsvorschriften eingehalten werden.
